In an effort to meet the extra demands for withdrawal support, the Bloom in Wellness membership website has been created and can be found at It offers comprehensive information on symptoms and coping, videos, meditations, reflections, etc.

Membership of the website also includes being a part of the private Positive Pastimes community on Facebook where we have a good time sharing healthy distractions. In addition, each member also receives a daily email message of encouragement from Baylissa Frederick first thing every morning. Members who want to discuss symptoms and how best to cope are invited to participate in our weekly live webinars and question and answer sessions via the Bloom in Wellness Bootcamp group.
